Shipping address:
We ship to the Shipping Address entered by the customer into the Diaper Sewing Supplies shopping cart. In our experience, addresses in Paypal are sometimes incorrect or outdated.
How soon will my order be mailed out?
Orders that do not contain fabric will ship the following business day. Orders with fabric will ship the following one to two business days. Orders shipping by First Class International or UPS may take an additional day or two to go out, and wholesale rolls may take up to 10 days for processing.
You will receive an email that your order has shipped. Sometimes email filters block the shipping emails, so check your junk mail folder.
Please note we are a small family business; shipping times are a goal, not a guarantee.
How much will the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is based on the total weight of the items in your cart and your location. Our system uses a real-time shipping quote from the US Postal Service servers. When you go through the checkout process, our system pulls the shipping rate from the USPS based on the shipping address and the weight of items in the cart.
The way to figure out the shipping cost out is to put items in your cart. View the shopping cart and click on the "Estimate Shipping & Tax" link.

You should be offered a choice of shipping methods: USPS first class shipping (if your order is under 13 ounces within USA), USPS Parcel Shipping, and USPS Priority shipping. We also offer UPS Ground for fabric roll shipping. If you select UPS Ground and are not buying a roll of fabric, your order will be shipped through the USPS.
Insurance
Shipping is FOB our location in Saint Louis, MO. We are not responsible for loss or damage by the shipping company. It is the customer's responsibility to request insurance, if desired, and to pay the additional invoice for the insurance coverage.
Roll Shipping
Rolls of fabric in our Wholesale department must be placed as a separate order for each roll so that the shipping will calculate correctly. Please see the product description for how to order. Our system will not prevent rolls from being ordered with other items, but we will have to invoice you for the additional shipping costs.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, we ship worldwide! You can calculate your international shipping charge the same way as described above, by putting items in your cart and choosing "Estimate Shipping."
We offer First Class International Parcel shipping to save you money. This method is only available for items with a total shipping weight under 4 pounds. If the items in your order are heavier than 4 pounds, then Priority will be the only shipping option.
Please be aware that First Class International Parcel shipping has no tracking. It generally takes about two weeks for Parcels to arrive; however, customs can delay and it may take up to four weeks to arrive. We have even had parcels take six weeks!
If you need your order faster choose International Priority shipping.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Diaper Sewing Supplies sells only first quality supplies (except for Sale items). If your order is not all that you expected, please contact us!
Please examine your order upon receiving it. If any item is missing or incorrect, you must contact Diaper Sewing Supplies within seven (7) days. We have several systems in place to make sure orders are accurate, but occasional human errors can happen.
Can I return it?
Our fabric and supplies are first quality and we believe you will be pleased. If there is a flaw that we over looked, or a problem with your order, we will take care of it. If the reason for return is not due to our error, due to the fact that fabric and elastic yardage is cut to customer specification, it may be returned ONLY if uncut and unwashed, clean and free of odors, and subject to a 25% restocking fee. Send the package to: Diaper Sewing Supplies, 2874 Foxfire Dr, Saint Louis MO 63129. The item must be received by Diaper Sewing Supplies in new, unwashed condition.
What is your shipping policy for returns and exchanges?
The customer is responsible for return shipping. In the case of an exchange, it is simpler to do a new transaction for the new item. We do not cover returns and exchanges because we try to keep our prices, including shipping charges, as low as possible. We would have to mark up our products or add a handling fee to fund a "free" returns service.
Do you charge sales tax?
There are no sales taxes charged, except for residents of Missouri.
I live outside the US, will I be charged an import duty on my order?
Foreign country duties, if any, would be assessed by your home country. We do not mark packages as "gift" or lower the valuation. Customers are responsible for any duties or import charges assessed by their country.
Diaper Sewing Supplies reserves the right to refuse any order.
