Common Customer Service Questions:
What does "Awaiting Fulfillment" mean for my order status? An order in Awaiting Fulfillment is paid and ready to be processed. When the status changes to Awaiting Shipment, we are cutting and packing your order.
I need a copy of my invoice. Just log in to your customer account and print off the invoice.
I forgot something on my order. or I need to add to my order. If your order status is in "Awaiting Fulfillment" (just log in to your account to see order status), you can place a second order for the items you forgot. Then email us, so that we are alerted to the second order. If we are able to combine shipping, we will refund any shipping charge overage. If your order is in Awaiting Shipment status, it is usually too late to add or combine.
How do I change my order? Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or edited. If you need us to cancel an order that is still in "Awaiting Fulfillment" status, please email us. Log in to your customer account to check order status.
When will my order ship? Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. We work on orders in the order that they are placed, so the time frame depends on how many orders we have coming in.
