KAM Snaps 100 Piece Packs
KAM snaps sold by the part. 100 piece packs. Get lots of different colors!
- Size 20 (T-5), the typical size snap for making cloth diapers.
- KAM brand.
- CPSIA compliant, lead free, Oeko-Tex Standard 100, plastic resin.
You will need a tool to apply snaps. We carry KAM snap pliers, a simple and easy way to apply your snaps. KAM is a high quality brand that is the gold standard for snaps in the cloth diaper industry. KAM pliers and snaps are not compatible with "Babyville" branded pliers and snaps.
First choose the part you need: Cap, Socket, or Stud. Learn more about snaps here.
Then choose your color. Our color numbers are the same as KAM color numbers. If you already have snaps of a certain color number you can match them. We do not carry every single color number, just the ones most useful to diaper makers.

Fantastic product! I have used another brand and it did not come close to Kamsnaps brand snaps and pliers. Highly recommend.
Outperforms Babyville snaps all the way around!

I previously used Babyville snaps. I really struggled with them and tried to go to hook and loop, but really do prefer the snaps, so I figured I'd just have to struggle with them.
The problem with Babyville snaps? They are hard to seat in the pliers so trying to get the post smashed in the center exactly is rare. The caps crack easily--often when putting them on, but even later as you use them. I don't put my covers in the dryer, so it isn't because of heat. They fall off after a while, too--maybe because they snap ridiculously too tight on some that I honestly fear that I'm going to rip the PUL to unsnap them (and have, in fact).
It just so happened that I ordered these to match the PUL at this site and I have to say what a difference!!!
The KAM snaps seat easily in the pliers so I rarely have issues with the post smashing correctly in the center. I've NEVER had one crack while putting them on or later. I even used some spare KAM snaps for a clothes pin bag that stays outside in the sun all day--STILL no cracking and it's been out there all summer and it's HOT here.
They snap securely but not so tightly that they rip the PUL.
Also, being able to buy more of the parts that I use the most of (caps and sockets) and less of the caps is AWESOME! I can't stand feeling like I'm wasting so much. What DO you do with all those studs when you buy Babyville packs and have so many left over?
Like another commenter, I do wish I could buy caps with longer posts, but, that's really nothing compared to the struggle I had with the Babyville brand--which also have shorter posts.
Love the versatility

I really appreciate being able to buy sockets, studs and caps all separately - making diapers almost guarantees that you'll run out of one but not the other. I do wish I could order other sizes or the long post caps here, but that doesn't change the fact that these are a great product.
Great money saver!

When I make diapers, I tend to use the socket end much more often (for multiple size settings), so it is great to be able to purchase the snap part you want without buying a whole new pack. Great money saver!
Best Snaps I Ever Used

I have tried many brands of snaps and these are by far the best quality and easiest to use! I love that I can only order the parts I need instead of a large assorted pack.

I've never had any issues with the quality of these snaps and love the color selection.
Will never use metal snaps again!!!

My first experience with plastic snaps...wow! I couldn't believe how EASY these were to set. After years of sewing & being disappointed with the finished product that metal snaps yield, I am pleasantly surprised at how easy & consistent these snaps were to set. I also have neuropathy in my hands & still had no trouble setting these snaps!
They are easy to use

I really like that I can buy more sockets then Studs. so I do not end up having to do creative Diaper snaps 101 :-)
Snaps may not be returned, except in case of store error.
